Our snacks and mystery items may sometimes contain Hemp/CBD which are legally available on the high street. All products are made by reputable, quality assured brands and come individually packaged with all relevant labelling/ingredients. EVERYTHING in our boxes is legal and for persons aged 18 and over in the UK.
All boxes are sent unbranded, in plain packaging. The Bare Essentials will arrive through your letterbox unless a larger box is required or upgrades/extras are also purchased. The Loud Pack and High Flyer Boxes will always be sent via tracked courier.
You can cancel a subscription anytime before the payment is taken. We start hand-picking and packing each box straight away and cannot offer refunds once payment is completed.
Postage and packaging is included with subscriptions and some products. Any costs will be calculated at the checkout and we will never add hidden costs without your permission! Express delivery is also available and is sent via Hermes Next Day (1-2 day service) however this option is not necessary for repeat subscriptions.
Unfortunately we cant ship internationally at the moment but will be looking into European shipping soon.
We have Lil’ Green Boxes available for ‘single purchase’ on our shop page. Our subscriptions are better value, but if you need a one off gift or just want to try before you subscribe, then we’ve got you covered.
All boxes are shipped out at the end of each week, giving us time to personally pick and pack each box. Boxes could arrive within 4-10 days depending on day of payment.
Yes, all of our products are age restricted and sold as if you were buying them from an off-licence or Head shop. You must confirm that you’re over 18 to become a member. You may also be asked to provide proof of age at any point and we reserve the right to refuse sale if we believe you to be underage.
To upgrade or downgrade your subscription level, simply cancel the current subscription via your account page and add the new subscription. Ensure you do this before payment date as any changes made after this may result in you being charged for and sent both boxes.
